Workshop // Fancy Clamshell

Description
While the clamshell box is often used as an enclosure for housing books and ephemera, it can be easily modified to hold objects of various sizes and shapes. Trays can be divided into compartments and drawers can be added to tuck materials away. In this workshop, we’ll build an elaborate A-tray before nestling it into a traditional clamshell case. We’ll also add a custom label fitted into a well on the spine of the box.

This workshop will be live instruction through Zoom. Open to students at any skill level, but please contact me if you have questions determining if this workshop is right for you.
